He is survived by: his children, Lynn (Patricia Dworshok), Lena, Dave Dworshok (Wendy Kozlowski), Debbie (Mike Feldt) and Faye (Rich Carey); his grandchildren, Corey Dworshok (Kristie), Melissa Mentink (BJ), Kyle Dworshok (Michelle), Tad Dworshok (Kayla), Abbie Kozlowski, Brandon Kozlowski, Tyler Dworshok (Lily), Lindsey McDermid (Steve), Zach Feldt, Paul Retzlaff (Allie) and Brad Retzlaff (Courtney Klatt); and his great grandchildren, Ezra, Imogen, Ottilie Retzlaff, Branson, Brayson Dworshok, Nathan, Bryan Mentink and Josie McDermid.
