It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Leo Van Hefty Jr. of Oconto, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude L. Hefty and Mildred Van Hefty Sr. (McAllister); his wife Karen; his brother Donald; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Van Hefty and Gloria Van Hefty.
He is survived by: his children, Mark A. (Kris) of Appleton, WI, Michael D. (Marcela) of Rye, NY, Steven P. (Jillian) of Bella Vista, AR and Rebecca L. (Brad) of Peshtigo, WI; and his brother Richard of Peshtigo, WI.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
