He is survived by: his mother Julie Miklaszewicz (Muzynoski) of Athens, WI; his father-in-law Roger Ristow; his wife Rachel Miklaszewicz (Ristow); his sister Erica Horacek (Robby); his mother-in-law Ann Ristow (Telford) of Abrams, WI; and his grandmothers, Joyce Muzynoski of Athens, WI and Judy Kozloski.
