He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Carol. He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his daughter Nicole Lyden; his sister Kari Kerbel (Duane); and his pets, Mojo, Dakota and Lulu. He is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
