He is survived by: his children, Ryan (Paula), Ross (Angie), Neil (Shalynn), Sarah Thompson (Anthony) and John Jr. (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Taylor (Jordan), Hunter, Ethan, Ava, Casey, Greyson, Charlotte and Eloise; his siblings, Deborah Garber and Jeffrey Campbell (Carol); his nephews, Jeremy (Angela) and Josh; his mother-in-law Mary Lou Dauffenbach; and his wife Tillie (Linda).
