She is survived by: her friend Donna; her husband Jim Jarrett; her children, Lisa (Brian) and Mark (Kathy); her grandchildren, Colin (Melissa), Kyle (Chelsea), Connor, Max and Nate; and also, Eli, Kinsey, Kennedy and Finley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requested that donations be made to Angels Grace Hospice, Oconomowoc, WI in memory of Donna Jarrett.
