She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burns and Estella Burns (Fleming); her husband Paul Richard Wagner; and her siblings, Nellie, George, Melvin, Ann, Charles "Chuck" and Richard "Dick" Burns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Wagner-Randall and Cynthia Wagner-Stephens (Larry); her grandchildren, Amy Nemmers (Dan), Zack, Josh, Nathan, Timothy Wolf (Brenda), Bennett, Daniel and Miles Wolf; and her great grandchild Adam Wolf of Sacramento, CA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In consideration of concerns regarding Covid-19, social distancing and wearing of mask is required.
