He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Bertram and Lula Marshall Bertram; his wife Judith M. Stachowski; his pet Callie; his children, Timothy Bertram (Pam) of Theresa and Monica Fitzpatrick (Mike) of Lamartine; his grandchildren, David Bertram (Gwen), Jackie Thompson (Gary), Stephanie DeDecker (David) and Krystal DeRuyter (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Cayden, Hunter, Lucas Thompson, Elizabeth, Joseph, Timothy Bertram, Braxton, Brooklyn and Briley DeRuyter; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Bertram and Emil Stachowski (Doris). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Cremation has taken place.In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated in Roscoe's name to the American Cancer Society.
