She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Schabo and Ruth Schabo (Feavel); her husband Edward Urbanek; her siblings, Mary Reinke Koopikka (Leo Reinke), Suzan Jeske and Robert (Melody); and her siblings-in-law, Vicki Schabo and Donald Gothe.
She is survived by: her daughter Emily (Paul); her granddaughters, Katrina Bohman (Dakota), Claire and Emma Bohman; her son-in-law William Bohman; her child Cristian Perez (Honduras); her pet Sophie; her siblings, Helen Gothe and Richard Schabo; her brother-in-law Gilbert Jeske; and her cousins, Gert and Gladys. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
