Kristine Marie Van Handel Obituary

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Steven and Christopher Van Handel; her grandparents, Sylvin, Leila Plutz, Joseph and Harriet Van Handel; and her aunts and uncles, Kathleen Linsmeyer, Leone Benner, Judith Van Handel, John Plutz, Leroy Strong, Robert Van Handel and Ray Ehlinger.
She is survived by: her parents, Jerome Handel and Phyllis Van Handel of Neenah; her siblings, Lisa Van Handel of Neenah, Todd Van Handel (Patti) of Appleton, Andy Van Handel (Tricia) of Menasha and Jessica DeForrest (Clinton) of Saint Paul, Minnesota; her nieces and nephews, Hayden, Crosby DeForrest of Saint Paul, Josie Coleman (Devon) of Appleton and Lexy Poplawski (Nick) of Appleton; her great-nephew William Vance; and her great-niece Hannah Vance of Appleton. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (900 Geiger St, Neenah, WI 54956). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to be made to either the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the 988 Lifeline, or the Suicide Prevention Alliance.
