He was predeceased by: his father Gerald. He is survived by: his mother Mary (Nee Krieger); his daughters, Morgan and Hailey (Colten Olcott); his significant other Diane "Annie" Willis; his friend Julie Moelter (Chris); his siblings, Cathy (Cindy Engebose), Lisa Epping (John) and Paul; and his nieces and nephews, Shilo and Max. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
