It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patsy A. Forrest of Mukwonago, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 90, on April 18, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Merton Nield and Louise Nield; her husband Allen Forrest; and her daughters, Teri Lynn and Cheryl Lee.

She is survived by: her children, LeeAnn Ensweiler (Mark), Carrie Aasen and Lynn Heathcoat (Roy); and her grandchildren, Theresa Peterson, Stacey Rodriquiez (Daniel), Kim Wolf (Darren), Sarah Ensweiler (Gabe Surges), Luke Ensweiler (Kendra), Ashley Heathcoat (Sabrina), Alexis Allen (Josh) and Chyenne Aasen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given to Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hartland Vacation Bible School program where her great grandchildren attend school or Patsy's wishes were for memorials to be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, East Troy for Children's Ministry programs.
