Omer Sperstad Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Omer Sperstad of Mukwonago, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert Sperstad and Ellen Sperstad; his wife Nancy Hansen; his siblings, Bert, Marlowe Sperstad, Phyllis Spangler of Janesville and James Sperstad of Menomonie; his children, Nancy Jo Scharenbroch (Carl) of Janesville, Kris Sperstad (Rita) of Eau Claire, Timothy Sperstad (Karen) of Mukwonago and Janet Sperstad (Marge Anderson) of Madison; and his grandchildren, Joe (Jamie), Dean (Jessica), Luke (Laura), Julie (Aaron), Sam (Beth), Ben and Tom. He was also cherished by his sons and grandsons, and on local lakes with friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to Mukwonago Public Library or Mount Olive Lutheran Church.
