He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, James Cemke Jr. (Michelle), Jodi Popik (Daniel) and Jacqueline Wrycza (Ronald); and his sister Donna Blackburn (James). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
