We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2018, at the age of 73, Donald Samuels (Mukwonago, Wisconsin), born in Richmond, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Samuels to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Samuels and Polly Samuels; and his sister Suzanne Crossman. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Raquel Peters (Mark), Andrew Samuels (Vicki) and Scott Samuels; his grandchildren, Courtney, Tori, Brady, Corbin, Norah and Chloe; his siblings, Jim Samuels (Judy) and Donna Samuels (Kaye Weinreich); and his brother-in-law Toby Crossman. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Angels Grace Hospice in Don's name would be greatly appreciated.
