She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mallis and Erma Mallis (Mecklenburg); her husband Joseph Dvorak; and her sister Charlene Rozak. She is survived by: her children, Robert Dvorak (MaryBeth) of Mosinee, Lori VanDalen (Paul) of Mosinee, Joleen Newman (Kevin) of Mosinee and Kirt Dvorak (Pamela) of Mosinee; and her brother Jerry (Kathy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
