He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Fochs and Pauline Fochs (Schaaf); and his sisters, Eleanor Shea and Mary Ellen Staszak. He is survived by: his wife Norma Wincentsen; his children, Michele (Richard), Kim Witz (Wyatt), Terri VanGuilder (Joel), Tami Stevens (Chris) and Leslie Fochs; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Kyle, Kirk, Tony, Dustin, Todd, Phillip, Annee, Katie, Calandra, April and Jonathan. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
