He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Phillippe, Sr. and Betty J. Phillippe Novak (Hensel); his sister Betty Jo June; and his grandfathers, Dewey Phillippe (Fern) and Paul Hensel (Ida).
He is survived by: his children, Shanon Caballero (Baltazar) and Trevor Phillippe; his grandchildren, Logan (Lauren), Juan Diego (Christina), Liliana (Nick), Josie and Julian; his great grandchildren, Lola Jean, Armani and Lorenzo; the mother of his children Mary Nunn; and his siblings, Debbie Simonson (Bill), Candy Hanson (Gar), Steve Ross and Kenny Cunningham. He is also survived by three nephews and many cousins.
