He is survived by: his wife Ramona Hoffman; his children, Cindy Schmidt (Marc), David (Laurie) and Dawn Wacholtz; his stepchildren, Tammy Madsen (Dennis) and Justin Polakowski (Nicci); his grandchildren, Shoshauna, Sierra, Lukas (Jordan), Logan (Ashley), Seth, Zach, Michael Jr., Katana, Charlene, Kyle and J. J.; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Mason, Austin, Zane, Chloe and Remington; and his siblings, Paula Wobschall (Russell "Wobby"), Richie and Cathy Nikolai.
