He is survived by: his children, Amanda Weaver (Joe Rykiel) of Oxford, Dale Jr. (Kara) of De Pere and Lynn Hoslet (Wes) of De Pere; his grandchildren, Alexandrea, Steven, Christopher, Cody, Makayla, Michael, Destiny, Anthony and Katelyn; his sisters, Jeanie Kast, Cindy Messer (Larry) and Wanda Weaver; and his brother-in-law Larry Wakerhauser.
