She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Voelker and Julitta Voelker (Hoffman); her brother Robert Voelker; her brother-in-law Tom Stern; and her parents-in-law, Wilmer and Joyce Meissner.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Meissner; her children, Pam Simac (Tom) of Mishicot, Jane Bauknecht (Greg Gates) of Two Rivers, Greg Meissner of Mishicot, Tom Meissner (Nicole) of Manitowoc, Nic Meissner (Kim Marotz) of Mishicot and Mary Sosnosky (Mat); her sister-in-law Betty Voelker of Mishicot; her close friend Ann Meissner (Richard); and her siblings-in-law, David Meissner (Diane) of Appleton and Sharon Stern of Manitowoc. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lakeshore Humane Society.
