He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Johnson and Dearie Johnson (Niedert); and his brother Dick. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Doug Johnson (Brenda) and Brad Johnson; and his grandchildren, Ame, Phillip, Jacob, Dalton, Damita, Christopher, Bralin and Mack. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
