She was predeceased by: her parents, George Marx and Ella Marx; and her husband Orville E. Flater. She is survived by: her children, Edwin of Fairbanks, AK and Tina Shulfer (Bill) of Minocqua; her grandchildren, Seth Flater of Fairbanks, Kari Vis of Oshkosh and Kelley Wagner of Sussex; and her sister-in-law Tootie Rhode (Dalores) of Oshkosh. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
Due to COVID, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
