He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Francis. He is survived by: his children, Scott Francis (Jean), Jeff Francis (Lee) and Janel Langs (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Emily (Andy), Jason (Holly), Marsha (Peter) and Jesse (Kaity). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
