She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Clements and Minne Clements (Hohlfeld); her brothers, Eugene, John and Jerome Clements; and her sister-in-law Carol Clements.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Pralle (Gary) of West Salem, Jean Kaiser (Ken Skalon) of Hustisford, Kenneth Kaiser (Mary Beth) of West Salem, Lynn Kaiser (Mary Clare) of West Salem and Jeff Kaiser (Dawn) of Mindoro; her brothers, Clarence Clements of Michigan, Charles Clements (Holly) of Idaho and Patrick Clements (Lee) of Wisconsin; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Clements. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
