He was predeceased by: his sibling Win Purtell. He is survived by: his spouse Harriet Purtell; his children, Ellen Daroga (Norrie) and Ned Purtell (Peggy Bischoff); his grandchildren, Elka Daroga, Carolyn, Elizabeth and Eddie Purtell; and also Eddie. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Ted would be honored and pleased for donations to be made to the Children's Tumor Foundation in honor of Ted's grandson, Eddie, to support his continued fundraising efforts to find a cure for NF.
