She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Peterson and Fern Peterson (Swartout); her stepfather Arthur Mielke; and her sisters, Judy Lauer and Shirley Fuchs.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Patterson (Adam) and Heather Schoon; her grandchildren, McKenzie, Lexi and Braxton; and her siblings, John Peterson (Teresa) and Sue Tanda (Dave). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
