He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhart Johnson and Nila Johnson (Lang). He is survived by: his wife Cindy Freitag; his children, Tony Johnson (Jen), Derek Johnson (Kari) and Annette Campbell (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Lydia, Nolan, Paxton and Willow; and his brother Jerry Kerr.
