He is survived by: his children, Frank Rice Jr. (Betty), Debbie Perry (Gary) and Jill Burdick (John Muse); his sisters-in-law, Bernice Rice and Linda Gutknecht (Canon); and his grandchildren, Derek Rice, Kelly Williams (Rice), Robert Perry, Jennifer Perry-Broyles, Timothy Burdick, Tiffany Knueppel (Burdick), Christopher Burdick and Courtney Burdick. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
