She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Ray and Florence Ray (Amey); and her siblings, Iva Marie Wilhelms, Wilma Ray, Kathryn Bixby, Betty Bindl, Roscoe Ray, Virgil Ray and Roland Ray Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Donald A. Jacob; and her daughter Debra Weber (Darrell) of Beloit, WI. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
