We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2018, at the age of 76, John M. Rasocky (Middleton, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Jonathan, Jennifer, Jenny Prisk (Reed), Jon Rakocy and Jefferson Rakocy (Becky); and his grandsons, Michael Rakocy and Benjamin Rakocy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in John's name may be made to MDA of Southern Wisconsin ALS Division.
