It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Dequaine (Middleton, Wisconsin), born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her daughter Laura Thousand (Dennis) of Mt. Horeb, WI; her grandchildren, Tara Thousand and Andrew Thousand; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Turk and Aiden Turk. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
