He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Woomer. He is survived by: his father Clifford Woomer; his wife Della Massey Woomer; his children, Jennifer Dinehart of Middleton, Wis., Lynn Woomer of Yellville and Ark (Earl Woomer Jr.); and his brother Harold Woomer of West Chester. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
