We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2020, at the age of 61, Chris R. Lively of Middleton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Anna Marie Molitor; his brother-in-law Peter Molitor; and his nephew Patrick Reilly. He is survived by: his mother Norma Lively (Fox); his wife Kathleen Molitor Lively; his children, Meghan Fasseas (Drew), Peter Lively (Kristi), Matthew Lively (Morgan) and Tricia Lively (Colin Gloudemans); his granddaughters, Katherine, Alexandra and Olivia; his father Bob Lively; his siblings, Brian and Kimberly Gunderman (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlin, Erin, Abigail, Lizzy, Andrew, Seth, Luke and Joel.
