He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Wayne Swayzee and Verna Swayzee. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Schultz; his children, Susan Shelley (Ken), Thomas N. Swayzee, Nicole Lehmann (Matt), Amanda Adams (Brendan) and McKenzie Ellickson (Chad); and his brothers, Jerry Swayzee and Jim Swayzee (Franziska). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines, only 25 people may visit with the family at one time. Social distancing and face masks are required.
