He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Grover and Nellie Grover (Hoag); his brothers, Ralph and David; his parents-in-law, Franklin and Violet Evert; his brother-in-law Ronald; his daughter-in-law Sandra Grover (Warmuth); and his grandson Spencer William Grover.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Joyce Evert; his sons, Daniel (Jill) and Timothy (Corinne); his grandchildren, Joshua Grover (Jessica), Rebecca Suter (Justin), Trevor Warmuth, Patrick Grover (Jessica) and Cora Grover; his great grandchildren, Jonothan, Lilee, Joshua Grover, Jut, Jillian and Livee Suter; his sisters, Doris Wade of Alabama and Bernice Smith of Virginia; his brother-in-law Paul Evert (Marjorie); and also, Marilyn Hahn (Richard) and Gloria Evert. He is also survived by godchildren and many other friends and relatives.
