He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Sr. and Evelyn Anna Frazier (Forster). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Frazier (Fowler); his children, Sandra Mattson (Perry), John Frazier (Melanee Mirek), Hali Koebe and Mindy Spanier (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Jacob, Eric, David, Liberty, Abby, Emma, Aiden, Mallory and Lainey; his sisters, Cherie "Sis" Hysing (Ric), Patricia "Pat" Porath (Tom) and Charlene "Augo" Hildebrand (Joe); and his pet Macy.
