He was predeceased by: his father Norman Pankow; and his siblings, Larrimore and Corliss. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pankow of Merrill, WI; his children, Clarissa Laak (Robert) of Merrill, WI, Jessica Schmidt (Nathan) of Ogdensburg, WI, Carrie Henrich (Benjamin) of River Falls, WI, Andrew Pankow of Merrill, WI and Amanda Frank (Paul) of Waupaca, WI; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Johnathan, Matthew Schmidt, Breanna, Payton Henrich, Kelsey, Linzie Pankow, Ryan, Evan and Owen Frank; and his siblings, Sharon Holz (Norbert) of Merrill, Cynthia Buffinton (Jerry) of Merrill, Bruce Pankow (Cindy) of Merrill and Angela Klade (Calvin) of Merrill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for a future memorial or scholarship fund in loving memory of Mark.
