He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Cottrell and Arba Cottrell (Barney); his sister Fern Likhite; his siblings-in-law, Vinay Likhite and Joy Cottrell; his nephew Keith Vinay Likhite; his niece Tanya Smyth; and his close friend Aubrey Pratt.
He is survived by: his close friends, Linda Cottrell, Roy Grutchfield of Norway, Keith David, Nicole Cottrell of West Bend, WI, Eric, Mary Hendershott of Downers Grove, Jason and Amy Hendershott of Yorkville; his grandchildren, Kiara Cottrell, Blake Grutchfield, Payton Wentworth, Lily Belle Cottrell, Benjamin, Paige Buckley, Ryan, Tyler Hendershott, Ava and Luke Hendershott; his siblings, Dorothy Frohn and Alson Cottrell; and also, Heidi and Michael Buckley of North Aurora. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, cousins.
