McDowell, Thomas G. Dowe (Renee) and Andrew W. Dowe; his grandchildren, John, Rosemary, Charles Jr., Alexis, Cerena, Brantley and Briella; and his siblings, Mary Anne Dowe Quinlan, Sue Dowe Hudson, William Dowe, James Dowe, Jeanne Smith and Teresa Blake. He was also cherished by his wife, his four children, one stepdaughter, seven grandchildren.
