He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Falk, Sr. and Lilamae F. Hommerding; his brothers-in-law, Lawrence Schubert, Kenwood Schubert, William Mueller, Dale Schubert and Jack Schubert; and his nephew Robert Mueller.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Falk; his children, Shane Falk (Becky) and Holly Hoffman (Ryan); his grandchildren, Taylor Pitel, Morgan Falk, Dorsey Falk, Sydney Hoffman, Payton Hoffman and Rainan Falk; and his sisters-in-law, Eunice Schubert, Bonnie Mueller, Virginia Schubert and Sherry Schubert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorial donations be directed to St. Stephen's United Church of Christ (Merrill) or the charity of your choosing.
