She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Henkelman (Raasch); her former husband Earl Dittmar; her father Fred Sr. Henkelman; her son-in-law Phillip Mattson; her grandson Kyle Kreager; her brother Lawrence; and her sisters-in-law, Marianne Henkelman and Gerda Henkelman.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Mathis (Roger Williams) of Merrill, Diane Dittmar of Merrill, Darlene Mattson of Merrill, Dean Dittmar of Merrill, Doug Dittmar of Weston and Dale Dittmar (Lynette) of Merrill; her grandchildren, Arnie Mathis (Jennie), Robert Mathis, Heidi Mathis, Kip Kreager (Sarah), Brad Dittmar, Kristine Upham (Chad), Christy Lopez (Christian), Brandon Clark, Brittany Dittmar (Tyler Grams) and Mitchell Dittmar; her grandson-in-law Keith Tryba; her great grandchildren, Devon, Cash, Finn, Malakai, Callum, Gabby, Alexia, Declan, Sequoyia, Makenna, Kelsie, Allysa and Hallie; her great great grandchildren, Addie, Alivia, Carter and Cameron; and her brother Fred Henkleman, Jr. of Merrill.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial be made in Esther's name to the Lincoln County Humane Society, Trinity Lutheran Church, Merrill, or the MAC Home, Merrill.
