She is survived by: her husband Jay Bernhard of Merrill; her son Caiden Bernhard (Tyler Herdt) of Merrill; her siblings, Shari Crowell of Lafayette, Indiana and John Neuwirth (Lee Ann) of Mundelein, Illinois; and her half-sister Kathy Tyrrell of Merrill.
