He was predeceased by: his sister Kelsey Smith; and his grandparents, William Smith, Donald and Helen Lohfink. He is survived by: his parents, Wally Smith and Judy Smith (Lohfink) of Merrill; his siblings, Emily Smith of Merrill and Alex Smith of Appleton; and his grandmother Gladys Smith of Shalimar, Florida. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Adam's name to Merrill.
