She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Bertagnolli and Viola Bertagnolli (Marchetti); her husband Joseph D. Chastan; and her sister Delores Sartor (Richard). She is survived by: her children, David of Ontonagon, MI, Donald (Susan) of Ontonagon, MI, Jeffrey of Menomonie, Mark (Terri) of Menomonie, John (Laura) of Reedsburg, Christie Chastan of Menomonie, Kay Chastan of Menomonie, Barbara Hoffman (Dave) of Menomonie, Mary Manor (Jeff) of Wisconsin Rapids and Nancy Chastan of St. Louis Park, MN; her grandchildren, Mariah, Nikki, Christopher, Nicholas, Amanda, Adam, Patrick Chastan, Terrence Chastan-Davis, Nathan, Coral, Chelsea Manor, Sarah and Anthony Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Eleanor, Conway, Michael Chastan, Maliah, Keaton Callies, Vivian, Julia Manor and Lucille Keyes. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, a private funeral will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with a private burial service to follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Stepping Stones Food Pantry or Girl Scouts of America.
