He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Arps and Lorraine Arps. He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Daniel Arps (Melissa) and Lisa; and his siblings, Walter Arps (Vivian) and Karen Donaldson (Steve). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, if desired memorials may directed to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Milwaukee or The Lutheran Church of the Prince of Peace in in memory of Bill.
