She was predeceased by: her brother Larry Tchon; her husband Richard Becht Sr.; her daughter Karen; her grandson Jacob; and her parents, Stanley Tchon and Mary Tchon.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Messina (Robert), Richard Becht Jr. (Joyce), Kathy Kessler (Randy), Robert Becht (Jane) and Deborah Soliday (Michael). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
