From West Allis. Born to Eternal Life on November 8, 2022 at the age of 41 years old. Beloved daughter of Richard (the late Debbie) White and Carolyn (Tom) Slater (nee Wall). Loving sister of Jeremiah, Kristen, Kyle, and Eric. Dear granddaughter of Kathleen White. Proud aunt to Anthony, Angela, Alexander, Nicholas, Autumn, Evelyn, Levi, Finley, Evelyn and Kyle. Dear niece of Thomas (Judy), Renae, Greg (Jodi), Debbie, Barbara (John), and Mary Jo. Jasmine will be dearly missed by her beloved cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard White, Bob and Kitty Wall. Her uncles Patrick and Rob and aunt Kathy.
Jasmine is a 2001 graduate from West Allis Central and a graduate of The Martin Academy of Cosmetology and Barbering. She was a beautician for various salons.
Visitation on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at SCHMIDT & BARTELT FUNERAL HOME in Menomonee Falls from 4PM until time of the Funeral Service at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin.
