Edward Kriege Obituary
Of Menomonee Falls.
Edward passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 7, 2023 at age 99. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 48 years, Carol.
He is survived by his loving children David (Elizabeth) Kriege, Jeanne (Royce) Simondsen, James (Judy) Kriege, Kate (Paul) Harrison, Betsy (Bob) Newman, JoAnne Kriege (Ted Myers), and Patricia Kriege; his grandchildren Kim, Emily, Eric, Kate, Rebecca, Kevin, Angela, Jennifer, Ginger, Sadie, Nick, Dan, and Ben; great grandchildren Mason, Emery, Lucia, Herbert, Franklin, and Alice; his sisters-in-law Joann Kriege and Joyce Kriege; and his close friend Dorothy Schwendel. He is further survived by other family and friends.
Edward was preceded in death by his siblings Rose Harney, Ray Kriege, and Tom Kriege; his sisters-in-law Mary Jean Lieven, Lillian Beyer, and Ginny Beyer; his brothers-in-law Jim Lieven, and Tom Harney.
Visitation will be held at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Sussex (W250N6506 Hwy 164) on Sunday, March 12, 2023 from 1pm until time of Memorial Service at 3pm. Memorials directed to a charity of your choice in Edward's name are appreciated.
