Edward A. Simi Obituary
Age 95, of Menomonee Falls. He was brought to his eternal home on December 25, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Vera for 67 years. Loving father of Sharon (Scott) Karstenson, Pam (Rick) Neu, and Deb Simi. Proud grandfather of Nicole (Josh) Hay and Josh (Trisha) Neu. Great-grandfather of Braydin, Jaelyn, Jaxson, Charlee Mae, and Grace Lynn. Further survived by his sister Helga Mann, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Uno and Tekla Simi, and his brothers John Simi and Oliver Simi.
Edward proudly served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. He served from 1946 – 1948.
He worked for over 40 years at Western Products as a Chief Design Engineer. He holds 9 patents.
Edward enjoyed traveling, golfing, woodworking, and camping. He loved spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by those that loved him.
Visitation will be held at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 11am until time of Memorial Service at 12:30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church are appreciated.
